Returning Complete Bikes
If you receive your bike from All Terrain Bikes of Asheville and decide it's not the right fit for you, we understand. We accept returns of new, unridden bikes. Once a bike is returned to our facility and inspected, we will issue a refund or credit, deducting any costs associated with restocking and freight (both outgoing and returning).
Should you decide to return your bike in accordance with our return policy, please contact our team at info@allterrain.bike. Our Customer Support Team will guide you through the return process. Every return must be authorized by an All Terrain Bikes of Asheville representative and must be shipped back via our preferred shipping partners to ensure it isn't damaged. Our team will provide you with the necessary paperwork via email and coordinate the pickup time with the preferred shipping partner. Unauthorized bike returns will be shipped back to the sender without inspection, at the sender's expense.
Returning Small Parts and Accessories
For returns of items that are not complete bikes, such as small parts and accessories purchased through All Terrain Bikes of Asheville, please contact us at info@allterrain.bike for return authorization. Upon authorization, we will send you a pre-paid return label; the cost of this label will be deducted from your refund. Items returned to All Terrain Bikes of Asheville without prior authorization will be rejected and sent back to the purchaser at their own cost.
Returning Incorrect Items
In the event an incorrect item is sent to you due to our oversight, please contact us immediately at info@allterrain.bike. Our priority is to resolve any order discrepancies swiftly and ensure you receive the correct item. Please do not return any items without first contacting our Customer Support Team for guidance.
